HOW TO BOOK
STEP 1 - Search
Please select your search criteria in provided search boxes, depending on your travel dates, destination, amount of passengers, etc.
STEP 2 - Select
On the results page, click on the "Book Now" or "Check Rates" button next to the flight or hotel of your choice.
STEP 3 - Payment
On the payment page, please enter all passenger and payment information, and accept our terms & conditions.
STEP 4 - Confirmation
Here you will be given your unique reservation code. Please use this code to amend or cancel a reservation.
For each submitted reservation you will receive a Confirmation E-mail with all the details of the booking, including total cost and reservation code. Please print this Confirmation E-mail for presentation to the supplier. For some services, additionally you will receive a supplier confirmation document (e-ticket, voucher with supplier confirmation number, etc).
HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY A RESERVATION
By calling our Customer Support offices or by writing an e-mail to the sender of our Booking Confirmation message (received by you after successfully completing the online reservation process).

VISA AND TOURIST CARD
A Visa or tourist card is required by all visitors except:
a) Those nationals whose countries have signed visa-exemption agreements with Cuba (contact the Consulate for further information).
b) Transit passengers continuing their journey to a third country within 72 hours, provided they hold confirmed onward tickets and US$50 per day.
Migratory Regulations
The requirements and documents asked by the Cuban immigration authorities are:
Tourists
- Valid passport.
- Tourist Card. Entry in Cuba will be registered with a stamp in this Card and not on the Passport.
- To declare whereabouts while in Cuba, at the frontier control.
- Round or continuation ticket.
- Economic solvency.
People in Transit or Transfer
- Valid passport.
- Visa, if stay exceeds 72 hours.
- Confirmed hotel reservation.
- Confirmed ticket for the itinerary to continue travel.
Business Visa
- Valid passport.
- Visa.
- Round or continuation ticket.
Exit Permits
Required by those whose stay in Cuba exceeds 90 days.
Validity:
Tourist Visa Card: 30 days stay, within 180 days of issue; a 30 day extension is available in Cuba.
Business Visa: 30 days.
Important note:
Cuba Travel Network offers European customers who book Cuba travel product the convenience to purchase a tourist card for Cuba at the time of reservation.
